All our beer is brewed on site in our micro-brewery

    It starts with top quality international ingredients and latest generation brewing equipment. Our beers are fermented using unique farmhouse yeasts originating from the West Coast of Norway.

    Our beers are not rushed and are traditionally cask conditioned without injection of extra CO2 to offer ‘Real Ale’ in its true definition and without use of finings or enzymes.

  • 3.

    These methods, typical of traditional English ales, maximise flavour, mouthfeel and drinkability. The focus is on light sessionable beers that complement our food.
